Feelfit is owned by Global eFit Inc (hereinafter referred to as "Feelfit", "we", or "our"). We understand the importance of privacy to our customers and strive to ensure they understand how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information.
This policy applies to all personal data (referred to as "personal information", "your data", "your information", or information "from" or "about" you) collected through our Feelfit smart devices, websites, mobile applications, and customer service platforms (collectively, the "Services"). Our smart devices include: Smart Body fat Scales, Smart Tape Measure,Smart kitchen scales, Smart Blood Pressure Monitors, and ultrasonic height and weightbody Fat Scales. More devices will be launched in the future.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Services, how we process that personal data, and the choices you have regarding your personal data.
By accessing the Services using any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device, purchasing goods from Feelfit, or otherwise interacting with Feelfit, you acknowledge and agree that:
(I) You have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy;
(II) You are at least 13 years of age; if your jurisdiction imposes a higher minimum age requirement for minors' use of online services (e.g., 16 years in the European Economic Area), you must meet that higher minimum age requirement. If you do not meet the applicable minimum age, your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to this Privacy Policy on your behalf.
If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, or do not meet the age requirements above, you must not use the Services. In such a case, you should: (a) request deletion of your personal data by deleting your Feelfit account. Upon successful deletion of your account, we will automatically delete or anonymize the personal data associated with that account in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, except where otherwise required by law to retain such data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will publish the latest version and its last revision date on this website. If significant changes are made to the Privacy Policy, we will inform you of the updates through in-app notifications, pop-ups, or other reasonable means, and, where required by applicable law, seek your explicit consent. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, you will be unable to continue using the Services.

Location Information: We collect location information to ensure the proper functioning of our products, websites, and mobile applications. We use location information to provide and improve the Services, personalize user experience, secure accounts, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. After granting location permission, we enable Bluetooth device search functionality and provide corresponding services based on your location information. If your system version supports it, we will no longer collect precise location information to connect Bluetooth. If you refuse to use the location information function within the Services, you may not be able to use certain features of our products, websites, or mobile applications.
Protecting the Rights of Feelfit and Other Parties:
We may share your data to the extent permitted or required by any applicable law, regulation, or rule if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, respond to legal process, or investigate and remedy potential violations of our policies. This includes contacting emergency responders or law enforcement and exchanging data with other entities for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Corporate Transactions (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset transfer):
If our company undergoes a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, liquidation, or a transaction involving the sale or transfer of all or part of its assets, your personal data may be transferred or disclosed to relevant third parties as part of the transaction. In such cases, we will require the recipient to protect your personal data to a standard no less than that set forth in this Privacy Policy and, where required by applicable law, notify you in advance of the transfer. If you do not consent to the data transfer, you have the right to deactivate your account before the transfer takes effect.
With Your Consent:

With your explicit authorization, you may choose to synchronize Feelfit data with third-party applications (e.g., Fitbit, Google Fit, Health Connect, Samsung Health, and Apple Health). Data sharing and exchange will occur solely through APIs within the scope of your authorization, and you may withdraw this authorization at any time in the app settings.
In some jurisdictions, individuals have the right to opt-in or withdraw consent for specific uses. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, you may have additional rights as detailed in "User Personal Data Rights and Choices", "California Privacy Rights", or "European Data Protection Rights" below.
Data We Collect Through Automated Means:
When you visit or use our Services, we may automatically collect certain information related to your device and application usage. This information may include: your device's system settings and operating environment (e.g., time zone, language, system version, region, and time format), network connection status; and information about your usage behavior within the application, such as page visits and navigation records, usage of application features, and interface access logs and related log information generated during interaction with the Services.
The aforementioned information is typically used to ensure the normal operation of the Services, perform troubleshooting and performance optimization, enhance product experience, and ensure service security.

We may receive information about you from other sources, such as through third-party connected health devices, service providers, research partners, marketing and advertising partners, and social media platforms.
● Service Providers: Our service providers may provide us with information about you to enhance our services. For example, we may collect information about how you use our services to improve user experience and ensure the security of our services. We also use service providers to help us communicate with you and respond to your inquiries or information requests.
● Business Partners: We may collaborate with other businesses to provide services. We may receive your personal information from these business partners as needed or appropriate for the purposes listed in this policy.
● Third-Party Account Login: When you choose to log in to the Services through a third-party account, we may, based on your authorization, receive necessary information from that third party for account creation and login, such as your username or email address.
Aggregated, De-identified Data:
● We may aggregate and anonymize data from the sources mentioned above and use the resulting aggregated, anonymous data for statistical analysis, product research, service optimization, and legitimate business analysis. Such aggregated, anonymous data cannot be used to identify any specific individual and will not be linked to your personal identity.
● To the extent permitted by applicable law, aggregated, anonymous data, as defined in this Privacy Policy, does not constitute "personal data", "personal information", or "your" data. We may share aggregated, anonymous data related to service usage with third parties in compliance with legal requirements, provided such sharing does not involve any personally identifiable information, to help us understand user demographics, including user interests, habits, and usage patterns of certain services, for more effective promotion of our products.

The Services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect or promote products/services from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you request termination of your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and personal data and remove it from our databases. ● You have the right to limit our use of your sensitive personal information to certain permitted purposes, such as providing you with the services you requested. Sensitive personal information includes biometric information and health information. We limit our use of your sensitive personal information to the purposes permitted by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including fulfilling the goods or services reasonably expected by an average consumer, performing services on behalf of our company, verifying or maintaining the quality or safety of a product or service owned or controlled by us, and improving, upgrading, or enhancing such product or service.
● You have the right to opt-out of having your information used for cross-context behavioral advertising. Sharing your personal information means providing it to a third party so they may use it to show you targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. We will process your request as soon as possible, and no later than 15 business days. Upon receiving your request, we will wait at least 12 months before requesting your authorization to share personal information again.
When you exercise your right to know, delete, or correct and submit a request to us, we will verify your identity by asking you to provide your email address, phone number, or other unique identifying information. We may also use third-party verification service providers to verify your identity. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and respond within 45 days; if we need an additional 45 days to respond, we will notify you.
Exercising these rights will not result in any adverse effect on the price or quality of our goods or services.
In the 12 months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy, Feelfit has not sold any of your personal information and has no plans to sell such information in the future.

European and UK laws grant citizens located in countries within the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom the following rights regarding their personal data:
Right of Access and Data Portability – You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal information, with whom we share it, and to access or obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable and, where technically feasible, readily usable format. To ensure stable system operation and prevent abuse of the data export function, we may impose reasonable frequency limits on data export requests. For example, after you complete one data export request, we may temporarily not accept new data export requests for a certain period (e.g., 30 days). This limitation applies only to data export requests and does not affect your other rights under applicable law (including rights of access, correction, deletion, etc.).
Right to Rectification – You have the right to request Feelfit to correct any personal data you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Feelfit to complete any personal data you believe is incomplete.
Right to Erasure - You have the right to request Feelfit to delete your personal data. Please note that we may retain certain data as required or permitted by applicable law.
Right to Restriction of Processing - You have the right, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, to request Feelfit to restrict the processing of your personal data.
Right to Object to Processing - You have the right, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, to object to Feelfit's processing of your personal data.
Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to any processing of personal information based on your consent (where applicable) at any time, but this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
